About the Role The Privacy Program Analyst – Technical Leader serves as the technical lead for Xerox's global privacy program, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling privacy capabilities across systems, data flows, and platforms. This role bridges legal/privacy requirements with technical execution and partners closely with IT, Engineering, and Security teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead implementation of privacy tools and platforms (e.g., OneTrust, ServiceNow)
- Design and manage privacy workflows (PIAs, RoPA, DSARs, data mapping)
- Translate privacy regulations into technical controls and processes
- Partner with IT, Engineering, and Security teams on system integrations
- Support data mapping, data flows, and privacy-by-design initiatives
- Drive process improvements and automation within the privacy program
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in privacy, IT risk, data governance, or security
- Strong technical acumen (systems, workflows, integrations)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with privacy/GRC tools (OneTrust, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or system integrations
- Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
- Exposure to AI or automation tools
