About the Role
Conduent is seeking Privacy Officer ensures compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations, protecting patient information and overseeing organizational privacy practices. This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of privacy compliance, safeguarding PHI, educating staff, handling incidents, ensuring individual rights, and maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures. This work is vital for protecting member information, minimizing risk, and maintaining public trust in the Medicaid program
