Print & Packaging Design Lead
About this role
We're looking for an experienced and visionary Print & Packaging Design Lead to define and lead the creative direction for all physical brand experiences across packaging, print and retail environments.
Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will own the creative packaging ecosystem, translating overarching brand strategy into distinctive packaging architecture, premium print execution and elevated retail experiences that strengthen the Tangle Teezer brand across every consumer touchpoint.
This role sits at the intersection of creative leadership, innovation and technical excellence. You'll establish best practice across packaging design, print production and physical brand expression while driving continuous innovation across materials, finishes, sustainability and manufacturing processes.
