About the Role The Accelerating Functions Finance team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Leader of Investments FP&A to partner with senior leaders across Accelerating Functions to lead strategic planning, forecasting and analysis across the Ecosystem. This leader will drive investment decisions and resource allocation and mentor junior team members to elevate investment management practices across Finance. What You'll Do
- Consolidate Accelerating Functions results across ~10 Intuit Executives to deliver data-driven insights on financial performance and future implications.
- Lead the 1- and 3-year strategic planning process across Accelerating Functions, including resource planning, investment prioritization and financial target setting.
- Own end-to-end budget management for key executives, including budget analysis, distilling insights into concise storylines, and delivering executive presentations to influence decision making.
- Drive analyses that deliver structured, data-driven insights to promote business outcomes that drive efficiencies and accelerate growth strategies.
- Create executive presentations to deliver cohesive storylines and insights for the CFO, CAO, CMO, CRO, General Counsel, Senior Finance Staff and Senior Intuit Staff.
- Work cross-functionally with senior technology leaders to anticipate and proactively manage resource needs and initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions on strategic initiatives with senior business leaders and finance teams to drive outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading FP&A and investments, with the ability to partner with senior leaders across functions.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial storytelling.
- Demonstrated leadership to mentor junior team members and drive best practices in investment management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technology and business stakeholders to align on investment priorities and resource needs.
- Data-driven problem solver with a passion for innovation and making an impact across the organization. Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with CEO staff and influencing senior executives.
