About the Role The Principal Testing Services Consultant is a strategic leader in delivering high-quality testing services that ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of SimCorp’s solutions. With typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or related fields, this role leads complex testing projects, provides expert guidance, and mentors team members to align testing services with client expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of complex testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business and project objectives.
• Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices in testing.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve complex issues identified during testing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports.
• Engage with clients to provide strategic insights and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 10+ years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact testing projects and collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools and the ability to drive automation adoption.
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to guide junior consultants.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor testing metrics and derive actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills and the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
