About the Role Intuit's Tech Strategic Programs organization transforms how the Technology ecosystem operates to accelerate outcomes for customers. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will partner with executive leaders to construct and deliver board and C-level content and influence strategy across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business segments. What You'll Do
- Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content for CTO board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to outline data-driven strategic frameworks, decisions, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead strategy projects/work streams and new initiatives end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendations and operationalization.
- Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the Tech Ecosystem and their connection to strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Tech Ecosystem and CTO staff to ensure holistic thinking across multiple tech priorities.
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate decision-making, share best practices, and drive operational excellence at scale. What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in technical program management or related field.
- Strong strategic problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and develop productive partnerships at all levels of the organization, plus solid business and technical acumen and a strong understanding of Intuit’s mission and values.
