About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs tied to our Products. This role synthesizes business and technical requirements and leads the design of robust, scalable systems, while guiding product schedules and removing roadblocks to maintain high development velocity.

What You'll Do

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across liquidity initiatives by deeply understanding customers and technology.

• Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying bottlenecks, raising issues strategically, and making data-driven decisions that balance trade-offs for customers.

• Communicate with purpose and clarity, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.

• Create technical frameworks that engineering teams can use for decision-making.

• Influence the efficiency of Operational Excellence processes across the organization.

• Partner with program managers, product managers, and engineering managers to understand development priorities and drive alignment across multiple partners with impactful priorities.

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to development progress.

• Drive testing dependencies for assigned engineering teams and across teams as products converge for release.

• Build release, bug, and supervising dashboards to inform partners of progress and gaps.

• What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of release and/or project management experience on initiatives involving sophisticated enterprise tech environments, collaborating with many teams.

• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor trends and health of projects and systems.

• Understanding of software development and modern project management processes (Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma).

• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, and complete work across teams in a matrixed environment.

• Ability to influence without authority, negotiate, and encourage others.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.

• Experience crafting or architecting design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.

• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 240,000 - 290,000 per year (CA-based role).
