What the role is: Lead major AI infrastructure programs across EMEA, coordinating the technology, capacity, construction, supply chain, and business teams needed to deploy Microsoft's rapidly expanding AI infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale programs involving datacenters, GPUs, compute, networking, power, cooling, and capacity.
- Develop program strategies, timelines, governance, metrics, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate engineering, supply chain, construction, operations, finance, and capacity teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and mitigation plans.
- Evaluate AI infrastructure technologies and make recommendations on technical tradeoffs.
