About the Role In the Microsoft Frontier Company Engineering team, you won't just build software—you'll deliver real outcomes for some of the world's most complex organizations. We are a global team of engineers who work in a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model to bring strategic technology solutions to customers around the globe. What You'll Do
- Define and drive end-to-end technical programs for FDE initiatives, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and field teams to deliver measurable outcomes on schedule.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery to enterprise customers.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical program management at scale, preferably in enterprise software or cloud services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and work with global teams.
- Technical background in software engineering or related domain; familiarity with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise customers.
