Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter
Summary: Join Coupang as a Principal, Tech Executive Recruiter, and play a critical role in identifying and hiring the next generation of technology leaders. This role requires partnering with senior executives across various geographies to build world-class talent pipelines and drive best recruitment practices.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior internal customers to understand their hiring needs.

Devise and carry out a targeted global search strategy.

Build global executive talent pipelines through direct sourcing.

Drive recruitment intelligence using our internal CRM platform.

Attract top-tier technical talent to South Korea, Singapore, India and US with tenacity and determination.

Present an exceptional company pitch to potential candidates.

Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

Influence at the offer stage, articulating Coupang’s career vision and compensation philosophy.

Partner with the Global Mobility Team to facilitate candidate relocation.

Enhance the overall recruitment process and implement best practices organization-wide.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Experience working in a tier-1 internet company or high-growth challenger brand.

Agency experience is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Analytical thinker adept in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial culture.

Proven sound business judgment with the ability to communicate and influence effectively, including at the executive level.
