About the Role

Join Celonis' Talent Acquisition team as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner with expertise in technical recruitment for Product & Engineering, based in the Raleigh office. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, guide hiring managers, and provide market insights to shape talent strategy. This role offers the chance to influence growth in a fast-scaling, international environment.

What You'll Do

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, offer strategic advice, and align recruitment efforts with company goals. Work with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for product management and engineering roles.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Market Research & Talent Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions; provide insights to hiring managers.
• Recruitment Process Excellence: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates; leverage ATS and sourcing tools for efficiency.
• ATS & Sourcing Tools: Utilize our ATS and sourcing tools to drive excellence in recruitment practices.

What We're Looking For

• Background in Technical / Engineering recruitment with strong communication and passion for hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management.
• In-house, agency, or RPO experience recruiting for Product, Technology or IT Services.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
