Lead and coordinate system engineering activities across lifecycle (concept through deployment) for defense programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and subsystem interfaces. Translate customer needs into system requirements and ensure performance, safety, and interoperability. Mentor junior engineers and support proposal and technical review activities.
Experience as a principal or lead systems engineer on complex programs, preferably in defense or aerospace sectors. Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, MBSE, requirement derivation, and verification/validation processes. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
