Job Description Eravolve LLC, a rapidly expanding US-based startup, is actively seeking experienced professionals to join its innovative team. This role is designed for a seasoned Principal Software Engineer, Senior Architect, Staff Engineer, or CTO who can provide critical technical leadership and drive project success within our US-focused initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing projects, offering expert technical guidance, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily stand-ups and Scrum meetings to manage US projects after acquisition.
• Be available for at least six hours per day during the Eastern Time Zone.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team to support daily progress and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, with clear and concise communication skills.
• At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a lead or architect role.
• Proficiency with technologies such as Python/Django, React/Next.js, and .NET.
