About the Role
Join Marqeta as Principal Software Engineer on the Core Issuing & Processing team. You will drive high-impact projects across the issuing and processing domain from inception to completion, own the technical roadmap for the core platform, and partner with engineering leaders to drive engineering and operational excellence. What You'll Do

Proven experience leading complex software projects and owning product/technical roadmaps.

Strong architectural and coding skills with a track record of delivering scalable and reliable systems, especially in issuing and processing platforms.

Ability to influence across teams and partner with engineering leaders to raise the bar on engineering and operational excellence.
