Principal Software Developer
This is a Principal Software Developer role across the CRM space on the ABC Glofox platform, setting technical direction for shared CRM capabilities used by multiple engineering teams including CRM Ops (CRM operations and segmentation: tags, audiences, tasks, and member filtering) and Connect (automations and communications), and providing technical partnering with other squads as needed. You’ll help set technical direction beyond any single feature team - raising the bar for architecture, reliability, and operability across CRM data paths and product delivery - while staying close to the systems that serve ~130M active members and turn engagement into measurable outcomes for studios.
