Principal Simulation Engineer
We are seeking a Principal Simulation Engineer to lead the development and ownership of a cutting-edge robot simulation platform based in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical owner of the simulation platform architecture, including physics, robot and sensor models, scenario orchestration, and simulation-to-real validation.
- Drive GPU-accelerated simulation for reinforcement learning and synthetic data generation.
- Set the strategic roadmap in collaboration with global leadership teams.
- Write critical, high-quality code and provide mentorship to the engineering team.
Requirements

12 to 15 years of professional experience.

At least 7 years of experience in simulation, physics engines, or robotics.

Expert-level proficiency in C++ and strong skills in Python.

Experience with ROS2 and simulation frameworks such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Drake.

Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
