About the Role We are seeking a Principal Research Scientist – Scaling in San Francisco to advance scalable AI models and agents within Databricks' AI Research organization. The role focuses on building and evaluating scalable AI systems, enabling companies to develop AI models and agents using their own data, spanning technologies from post-training open source LLMs to advanced multi-agent architectures. Databricks AI is committed to the belief that a company's AI models and agents are just as valuable as any other software. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
