Summary of the Position

1. Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market.
2. Build a foundation for continued revenue and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and linking them to sales.

Responsibilities

• 1. Sales target setting: Lead to set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.
• 2. Sales strategy setting: Lead the optimal release plan and sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.
• 3. New sales opportunity identification: Lead in the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.
• 4. Sales organization design: Direct sales organizations and workforce that will bring about the optimal synergy effect and approve them.

• Skills and Qualifications

• Lidera sub-funções dentro de subsidiária, e desenvolve estratégia de curto prazo e médio prazo.

• Lidera as Parts em uma linha de negócios maior com abrangência global ou em grandes subsidiárias, e desenvolve estratégia de curto e médio prazo.

• Supervisiona o funcionamento geral da sub-função, como HR (recrutamento, demissão, transferências, etc.), controle de orçamento e etc.

• Define e melhora os processos do produto e os padrões dentro da estratégia de médio prazo / longo prazo da subfunção.

• Interage internamente e externamente com o gerenciamento de nível executivo, exigindo a negociação de assuntos extremamente críticos. Influencias na elaboração de políticas.

• Normalmente requer um mínimo de 16 anos (Bacharelado), 14 anos (Mestrado), 11 anos (PhD) de experiência no campo.
