About the Role Logitech for Business is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive and manage the execution of Video Collaboration hardware products. You will influence portfolio strategy, conceive new products, and ensure an excellent user experience across the product lifecycle. This role collaborates with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to define, develop and validate new products, and you will communicate directly with customers and partners to gain first-hand knowledge of their challenges. You’ll own the business case and influence the Go-to-Market plan while partnering with industrial design and system engineers to translate requirements into feasible, viable products. This is a globally focused role with less than 25% domestic and international travel.

What You'll Do

• Define and deliver clear product requirements for new products and accessories based on understanding real customer needs and partner requirements.
• Regularly meet with customers to convey the product roadmap and gain valuable feedback and insights.
• Engage with platform partners to understand their feature roadmap and product certification requirements.
• Be the owner of the internal business case; understanding the market opportunity, value proposition, competitive environment, financial viability and high-level technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with industrial design, technical leads, operations and finance to own the product execution from concept through the entire lifecycle.
• Drive early customer testing of pre-production samples globally.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement on content development throughout the product lifecycle.
• Represent Logitech for Business internally and externally at trade, channel, customer and online events.
• Work with support escalation engineers, partner support channels, and our internal development teams to resolve field issues.
• Align with the leadership team on major decisions, following a stage gate process with extended team and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Video Collaboration or Unified Communications space.
• Passion for collaboration between people and how we can improve the meeting room experience.
• 15+ years of experience in defining, and delivering products for IT teams at SMBs all the way up to global enterprises.
• 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role focused on hardware, ideally Video or Audio on Android-based or similar embedded systems.
• Ability to easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical people.
• Ambitious, hands-on, with a can-do attitude.
• Intuition and empathy for customers' needs.
• Love for solving technical problems in creative ways.
• Equally comfortable in factory, tradeshow or boardroom settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• This position offers an annual base salary typically between $168,000 and $250,000 (USD).
