About the Role As a Principal Product Manager at Moveworks, you will guide the development of new employee experiences within EmployeeWorks and build AI-powered, web-based capabilities enabled by deep enterprise integrations. You’ll partner with PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to shape a scalable enterprise AI platform used by millions.
What You'll Do
- Guide the development of new employee experiences on the new Web surface.
- Partner closely with other PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to identify critical capabilities needed to ship delightful and performant AI-powered products.
- Translate ambiguous problems and user feedback into clear product specs and success metrics that guide engineering execution.
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI product trends and research, turning cutting-edge developments into strategic product bets and differentiated features.
