About this role

Job title: Principal Product Manager, Enterprise Search

About the Role Moveworks is building the most advanced enterprise AI platform and this Principal Product Manager role shapes the future of our Enterprise Search product and search platform. You’ll partner cross-functionally to build foundational AI-powered capabilities that solve real business problems with AI.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of search platform and infrastructure that enables Moveworks Search to scale to billions of documents, while building advanced capabilities for evaluating product performance and search quality.
  • Partner closely with other PMs, ML, engineering, and UX to identify critical platform needs to ship delightful and performant AI-powered products.
  • Translate ambiguous problems and user feedback into clear product specs and success metrics that guide engineering execution.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and research, turning cutting-edge developments into strategic product bets and differentiated features.
  • Develop scalable platform capabilities to power internal teams and customer-facing applications alike.
  • Build alignment across cross-functional partners by clearly communicating product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • End-to-end product management experience (typically 15+ years overall) owning technically complex, high-impact products — ideally with building platforms for machine learning or generative AI products.
  • Deep familiarity with machine learning concepts and a track record of working closely with ML engineers, particularly in NLP, semantic search, conversational AI, agentic workflows, and speech technologies.
  • Understanding of real-time ML performance requirements (e.g., latency, accuracy, relevance) and the ability to make informed tradeoffs to optimize for user experience and business goals.
  • Strong technical acumen, including previous experience as a software or ML engineer, or a technical degree (B.S. or M.S. in CS or related field).
  • Proven success shipping enterprise-grade products to large user bases — including developing rollout strategies, customer feedback loops, and go-to-market coordination for features that scale to hundreds of thousands or millions of users.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — from clear and structured PRDs to compelling product narratives; bonus points for blog posts, talks, or webinars.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complexity, make decisions amid ambiguity, and use data to drive clarity and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strength in cross-functional collaboration — aligning engineering, design, data science, marketing, and customer teams around a shared product vision.
  • A balanced approach to strategy and execution: able to think long-term while consistently delivering high-impact work in the near term.
  • You lead with both empathy and urgency. Startup DNA.

Nice to Have

  • Bonus points for launching features that delivered measurable impact by solving real user problems with AI.
  • Bonus points for communicating vision and outcomes through blog posts, talks, or webinars.
