About the Role Microsoft seeks a Principal Product Manager for CTJ - Poly to own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for its CTJ - Poly initiatives. You will partner with engineering, design, and business teams to translate customer needs into differentiated capabilities and drive measurable outcomes. What You'll Do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for CTJ - Poly initiatives.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market data, and business requirements to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, and program management to deliver high-impact features.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data.
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investments. What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent, with a track record shipping software products.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; product leadership experience. Nice to Have
- Experience with CTJ or Poly domains, developer-facing platforms, or cloud/infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with data analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and telemetry.
