About the Role The Supply Ecosystem Team in the Microsoft Copilot Organization is building the next generation of Microsoft’s content ecosystem across MSN, Edge, Windows, and Copilot. This Principal Product Manager will own the content economics strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven content experiences and monetization opportunities for publishers and creators. What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Content Economics within the Supply Ecosystem Team.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business partners across MSN, Edge, Windows, and Copilot to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Identify monetization opportunities, set success metrics, run experiments, and iterate.
  • Represent customer needs and market trends, coordinating with publishers, creators, and partners on rights, licensing, and content governance.
  • Lead product discovery, write PRDs, and prioritize a data-informed backlog. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading product management for content ecosystems or monetization initiatives; track record of shipping impactful products.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Data-driven decision making with experience in metrics, experiments, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled experiences or large-scale consumer platforms is a plus. Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, MSN, Edge, or Windows ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of licensing, publisher relationships, and content rights.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.
