Motorola Solutions
Vancouver, Canada; Toronto, Canada
RemoteCAD 165,000 - 190,000 / year

About this role

About the Role You will take ownership across the full product lifecycle — shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering product features that lead the market. You will own the roadmap for a new cloud-native intelligence platform that unifies video, access control, and critical communications. We are seeking a product leader to define the future of Agentic AI in physical security—moving the industry from reactive monitoring to proactive, automated resilience. What You'll Do

  • Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, delivering market-leading features and experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior management, fellow product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services to shape and deliver best-in-class product experiences.
  • Engage directly with customers and sales teams, research and analyze the market and competitors to drive differentiated value.
  • Gather and prioritize product ideas, maintain strategic roadmaps, and define requirements and features.
  • Work closely with engineering, AI and UX teams to drive feature design and development. What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products, Workflow Automation, or Robotics.
  • Deep understanding of SOC/GSOC environments or high-tempo operations centers (e.g., logistics, 911 dispatch, IT NOC); understands alert fatigue and time-to-resolution.
  • Technical fluency with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or Agentic frameworks; understands trade-offs between retroactive validation and forward reasoning.
  • UX obsession with a track record of shipping complex B2B interfaces that simplify cognitive load; prioritizes task alignment over generic trust scores. Nice to Have
  • Experience with visual AI; strong UX design instincts. Compensation & Benefits
  • Target Base Salary Range: 165000 CAD - 190000 CAD.
  • Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
