About the Role Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems and a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Principal Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF sensing capabilities. The role is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). What You'll Do
- Drive the product from current prototype stage to a scalable, sellable, operationally viable product.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to refine product/market fit.
- Engage directly with end users and customers to uncover pain points and use cases.
- Translate user insights into actionable product requirements and drive development priorities.
- Evangelize the product with stakeholders, including military end users, integrators, and prime contractors.
- Own the product roadmap and collaborate with engineering, business development, and leadership to align priorities.
- Support and drive pilot programs, field tests, and customer engagements.
- Ultimately be responsible for the market and mission success of the product.
- Travel up to 25% as needed to maintain strong customer engagement and relationships. What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Line Manager (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to translate mission needs into scalable product capabilities and to lead cross-functional teams across both hardware and software domains.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with government customers, primes, and end users.
