About the Role As a Principal in AHEAD's Intelligent Operations Advisory practice, you will provide strategic guidance, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client service by pairing Observability and Workflow Automation platforms to optimize how customers operate.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic engagements with enterprise clients to optimize digital operations using Observability + Workflow Automation.
- Diagnose complex business challenges, design scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive growth, ensure value realization, and deliver high-quality client service and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of markets, industry trends, and the practical application of Observability and Workflow Automation.
- Proven leadership with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, analytics, and software delivery (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $235,000 - $265,000 USD per year (On-Target Earnings include base + target bonus).
