- Lead and grow a team of hardware engineers across system, circuit, packaging, and manufacturing disciplines.
- Define system architecture, technical strategy, and long-term roadmaps for hardware platforms.
- Collaborate with software, product management, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver on schedule and with high quality.
- Drive design reviews, risk management, quality, manufacturability (DfX), and regulatory compliance.
