We are looking for a Principal Hardware Analog Engineer to help drive the development of high-quality analog hardware solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and improve analog systems that address real-world customer challenges. You will bring technical insight, support key engineering decisions, and share your expertise with colleagues while continuing to learn and grow alongside a global engineering community

In This Role, Your

Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance analog hardware systems and platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps and engineering strategies for analog technologies aligned with product and business objectives.
• Act as the subject matter expert for analog hardware design, providing technical leadership across multiple projects and product lines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including analog, digital, firmware, systems engineering, product management, and manufacturing.
• Drive technical reviews, design validation, verification, and compliance activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, performing root cause analysis and developing robust corrective actions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative design approaches to enhance product competitiveness.
• Mentor and coach engineers across the organization, fostering technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technology innovation initiatives and support long-term product platform development.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, design standards, and documentation processes across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Deep expertise in analog circuit design, including signal conditioning, precision measurement technologies, low-noise design, sensor interfaces, and power management systems.
• Extensive experience leading the development of complex analog hardware products within an R&D environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define hardware architectures and translate system-level requirements into scalable, robust, and manufacturable solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of analog simulation, schematic capture, PCB design practices, validation methodologies, and laboratory test techniques.
• Strong understanding of system-level design considerations and interactions between analog, digital, firmware, and embedded systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical decision-making and influence engineering direction across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating in global engineering organizations.

• Expertise in EMC/EMI design, testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or serving as a recognized subject matter expert within an engineering organization.
• Familiarity with industrial instrumentation, process automation, measurement, or sensing technologies.
• Experience with functional safety, reliability engineering, or product certification processes.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and developing technical talent.
• Experience working within complex global and matrixed organizations.
