Job Description

Develop, deploy, and maintain automated test software for low-volume, high-mix production environments using C#, C, Python, SQL, and related tools, while following established scalable ATE architecture standards.
Develop and maintain database solutions that adhere to the schema, structure, and standards of the established larger-scale database, ensuring consistency across queries, stored procedures, data interfaces, and reporting outputs.
Interface with production test equipment, including environmental chambers, power supplies, oscilloscopes, frequency counters, phase noise analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other automated instruments.
Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to define requirements, validate test coverage, and support production needs.
Maintain documentation for test software, database designs, procedures, and test system operation.

Requirements/Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field with 7–8 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in C, C#, Python, SQL, and related development tools.
Working knowledge of electrical circuits, measurement fundamentals, and signal analysis.
Experience controlling test instruments and industrial equipment through software.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and test requirements.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship and eligible to access information and products regulated under EAR and ITAR.

Preferred

Experience developing automated test sequences for manufacturing or engineering environments.
Experience with RF, timing, or frequency-control products such as oscillators, OCXOs, or atomic clocks.
Knowledge of automation frameworks, data analysis tools, precision measurement systems, or long-term stability testing.
Experience with LabVIEW.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement practices.

Pay Range
The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000 - $232,000.
Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
