Principal Engineer, Service Delivery

We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and deliver advanced solutions, automate operations, and improve reliability. You will create documentation and handover materials for sustained success.

You will:
- Design and deliver advanced service solutions.
- Develop automation and monitoring; reduce toil.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Prepare handover and operational documentation.

Essential Requirements

10+ years of related experience (Infrastructure Deploy, deliver solutions, etc.)

Design and delivery of advanced technical services.

Automation, monitoring, and performance tuning skills.

Incident response and problem management experience.

Strong communication with stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
-
AWS/Azure Associate/Professional; VMware VCP/VCAP; Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.
