About the Role The Principal Engineer, Physical Design leads the structural and physical design efforts for Custom IP and SoC designs, guiding RTL-to-GDS flows to create a manufacturing-ready design database. This role oversees end-to-end physical design responsibilities across synthesis, place-and-route, clock tree synthesis, floorplanning, static timing analysis, power/clock distribution, reliability, and power and noise analysis, as well as verification and signoff.
