About this role
Principal Engineer – CAD
We are seeking a Principal Engineer – CAD to develop and deploy Frontend and Backend tools and flows for Digital Designs done in the company. This role is part of the global CAD team.
Responsibilities
- Own some part of the overall CAD solution and be responsible for WW engagement with customers. Good understanding of Digital Implementation Methodologies. Hands-on in development and debugging of CAD flows and with industry leading EDA tools in Digital Designs. Proactively engage with customers through regular follow-ups, tool training sessions, and consistent support throughout the entire deployment process. Hands-on in mature software development practices, leading programming languages for potential AI/ML development tasks. Expected to work in a dynamic design environment. Evaluate EDA tools and flows for improved design efficiency and turnaround time.
