About this role
Description
- Our client is looking for a Principal Engineer to help build and lead their new studio in Poland. This is a senior technical role overseeing one or more projects, guiding engineers, and helping shape the engineering team from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project leadership and Technical Directors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to engine workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the wider development team on all engine-related topics.

- Design, implement, and optimize engine-level systems, with responsibilities varying depending on the project’s needs.
- Ensure adherence with platform-specific requirements and certifications.
