You will act as the technical authority for system architecture, integration, and design integrity across multiple NPI/NPD programs, guiding decisions from concept through commercialization to meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. What You'll Do

Lead system architecture, integration, and technical strategy across multiple product platforms and development programs.
Own and govern Design Input Requirements (DIR), ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance.
Serve as the technical authority for system architecture, integration, and design integrity across NPI/NPD programs.
Drive system-level decisions from concept through commercialization to ensure performance, quality, manufacturability, compliance, and consumer requirements. What We're Looking For
