About the Role Intuit is seeking a craft-obsessed Principal Design Lead to translate our company narrative into world-class visual expressions. You will be an engine for the graphic identity of our story, ensuring our mission and innovations are communicated through sophisticated, cohesive design across experiences and communications. What You'll Do
- Translate the company narrative into world-class visual expressions that consistently express Intuit’s mission.
- Own the graphic identity of the story and ensure its coherence across products, communications, and experiences.
- Collaborate with the CEO Transformation Office and senior leaders to shape how Intuit’s strategy is experienced by customers, prospects, media, and investors.
- Lead design craftsmanship, systems, and storytelling to drive impact with a high say/do ratio and bias for action.
- Help define how Intuit’s vision is translated into visual language and experiences across the organization. What We're Looking For
- Craft-obsessed design leader with ability to translate complex strategy into visual language.
- Strong visual identity and design systems experience; ability to create cohesive design across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and execution skills; curious, practical, and impact-focused. Nice to Have
