Job title: Principal Demand Planner
About the Role You will be responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques and for driving the S&OP process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. The role involves analyzing market trends and product data, applying machine learning to forecasting, and providing data-driven insights to influence executive-level decisions.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques
- Drive adoption and improvement of statistical models using Machine Learning
- Analyze market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and historical data to identify anomalies
- Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation
- Publish and monitor supply chain KPIs
- Ad-hoc projects involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data science, or related fields with 8+ years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master's degree with 5 years
- Demonstrable experience implementing ML (Machine Learning) models for forecasting, and integrating market intelligence in the process
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
- Preferred Qualifications: Semiconductor Industry experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using LLM (Large Language Models) for forecasting
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in guiding and coaching teams
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 121,490 - 182,000 per year
