What you'll bring
You are an expert SAP SuccessFactors consultant governing complex HR transformation programmes end-to-end.
- Certified in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, with a track record leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Deep expertise in business architecture — you design process frameworks and connect business strategy to delivery.
- Ability to apply design thinking to lead change management and advise on disruptive HR process innovation.
- Skills in process mining and optimisation — you evaluate industry trends and introduce leading practices.
- Understanding of business process automation and how AI Agents and Assistants in SAP SuccessFactors enable autonomous HR operations.
- Experience with Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, or SmartRecruiters is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is required for this role.

In addition to the skills and experience specific to this role, all positions at SAP require candidates who are comfortable using AI tools — including agentic AI — in their day-to-day work, from crafting effective inputs and automating routine tasks, to evaluating AI-generated outputs for quality and driving adoption of AI practices within their teams.
What you'll build
You will lead SAP SuccessFactors consulting engagements from design to go-live.
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, governing process design, solution requirements, and implementation.
- Evaluate industry trends and introduce leading practices to advance customer outcomes.
- Oversee business process mapping and requirements definition across complex HR environments.
- Direct change management and transition planning across client and internal teams.
- Mentor business process consulting professionals to raise delivery quality and capability.
- Advise clients on activating AI-powered features — including AI Agents and Assistants — to automate HR decisions.
Where you belong
You will join SAP Successfactors/HCM Services in MEE, a SuccessFactors and HCM delivery team based in Walldorf. The team delivers complex HR transformation for enterprise clients across the MEE region, from Employee Central to AI-powered capabilities. For a consultant ready to lead at scale, this is where the most complex work happens.
