About the Role Intuit is seeking a Strategy & Biz Ops Principal to lead the operating system and multi-year strategy for the Lending business within the Services Segment. This role focuses on unblocking the funnel, accelerating execution, and driving disciplined, data-backed decision-making across cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Run the operating system for Lending, owning end-to-end cadence: MBRs, Priority Reviews, dashboards, performance insights, and readiness tracking.
- Deliver a clear narrative of performance, risks, and opportunities — driving alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify execution gaps and surface high-leverage actions to accelerate acquisition, activation, and usage of Lending products.
- Partner with Product, Credit Risk, and Marketing to resolve funnel frictions and ensure the business is meeting plan.
