About the Role Principal / Associate Director, Statistical Programming at Madrigal, a biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering novel therapeutics for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). The role supports development programs and contributes to data-driven decision making in Madrigal’s pursuit of therapies such as Rezdiffra (resmetirom).
What You'll Do
- Provide statistical programming leadership to support Madrigal's MASH development programs and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data analysis and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor statistical programming staff, and coordinate with CROs/vendors as needed to drive programs forward.

- Significant experience in statistical programming within the biopharmaceutical industry, including leadership at the principal or director level.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of delivering high-quality programming outputs in development and regulatory settings.
