About the Role Microsoft Security Threat Response is seeking a Principal Applied Threat Intelligence Analyst to help protect customers in a world of growing digital threats and regulatory scrutiny. This role sits within Microsoft Security Threat Response and focuses on applying threat intelligence to mitigate digital threats and improve security posture. What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced threat intelligence analysis to identify, track, and respond to active and emerging threats.
• Create intelligence products, alerts, and situational awareness for Microsoft Security Threat Response.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, incident response, and product teams to translate intelligence into proactive defenses. What We're Looking For
• Experience in threat intelligence or security research; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor; self-motivated; strong collaboration.
• Knowledge of security threat landscape and defense strategies. Nice to Have
• Experience with security operations or incident response.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft security ecosystem and large-scale enterprise environments.
