About this role
A full-time AI research and engineering role focused on building advanced LLM-based products, including fine-tuning AI models for Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise use cases.
Key work:
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI applications.
- Develop LLM-powered agents and AI systems.
- Fine-tune models using customer data to create specialized solutions.
- Research new AI techniques and turn them into products.
- Work with customers to solve AI problems.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers.
Requirements:

Advanced experience in AI, machine learning, statistics, or computer science.

Degree in a relevant field plus:

6+ years experience (Bachelor’s)

4+ years (Master’s)

3+ years (PhD)

Preferred:

AI research publications/patents.

Conference speaking experience.

Experience deploying production AI systems.
