About the Role At Mojang Studios, the creators of Minecraft, we are on a mission to build a better world through the power of play. We are seeking a Principal AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-driven features across Minecraft, helping players and communities unlock new ways to play. What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered features in Minecraft, aligning with the studio's broader vision.
- Partner with engineering, research, data science, design, and business teams to ship high-impact AI capabilities.
- Define metrics, success criteria, and evaluation plans; communicate impact to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive user-centric product discovery, usability, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI experiences. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a product manager leading AI or ML-powered products, preferably in games or entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; track record of shipping features from concept to launch.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data-driven decision making, and experimentation.
- Passion for Minecraft and games is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience in the gaming industry; experience with large-scale AI platforms or systems.
