About the Role Lead and manage technical programs for strategic accounts within the Microsoft Frontier Company Engineering team. You will translate customer needs into actionable program plans, coordinate across product, engineering, and sales, and deliver outcomes for complex organizations. This role focuses on enterprise-scale delivery from a Technical Program Manager perspective. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional programs and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across product, engineering, and customer teams.
- Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies for assigned initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, program managers, and sales to align expectations and drive customer outcomes.
- Track progress, report status to stakeholders, and communicate tradeoffs and decisions to leadership.
- Influence priority and resource allocation through data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar, with enterprise/customer-focused delivery.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Technical background in software, cloud, or related domains; ability to engage with engineering teams.
- Ability to work with complex programs, manage ambiguity, and drive from concept to implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed. Nice to Have
- Experience with large enterprise accounts or Microsoft Frontier programs.
