About the Role In the Microsoft Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) team, you won’t just build software; you’ll deliver real outcomes for some of the world’s most complex organizations. This Principal Account Aligned FDE - Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross‑functional programs for strategic accounts, driving technical delivery and customer success across multiple teams. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical program management for principal account aligned FDE initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with customers, sales, engineering, and services teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive on-time, quality outcomes in a matrix org.
- Communicate program status to senior stakeholders and influence technical decisions. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise technical programs as a TPM or similar role.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with ability to influence without authority.
- Technical acumen to understand architecture, data, and integration requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
