William Harding School is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and skilled Primary Teachers to join a supportive, four-form entry school that values teamwork, wellbeing and high standards. The role offers collaborative planning in year groups, a devolved leadership structure and strong opportunities for professional development.
Teach engaging lessons to primary pupils within a four-form entry school, collaborating with three other teachers in your year group plus a Year Lead. Contribute to planning, resources, displays and extra-curricular activities, sharing workload to support wellbeing. Engage with internal CPD and bespoke CPD for SEND and pastoral needs; work with SEND and FLO teams. Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to raise standards. Support workload and wellbeing initiatives and participate in wellbeing activities and training.
