About the Role Concierge Medicine Opportunity in Palm Beach County, Florida with Baptist Health Medical Group, part of Baptist Health South Florida. This unique role offers physicians the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering highly personalized care across both outpatient and inpatient settings, supported by Baptist Health resources across Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East, and Bethesda Hospital West.

What You'll Do

• Provide preventive and proactive patient care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care for adult patients.
• Maintain continuity of care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, guiding patients' healthcare journey and enhancing the overall patient experience.
• Develop trusted patient relationships through quality, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Collaborate with hospital and clinic colleagues to deliver seamless care within a large health system and serve communities in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and surrounding Palm Beach County.

What We're Looking For

• MD/DO from an accredited institution with active and unrestricted medical licensure (or eligibility by start date).
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience; ideal candidates will have concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, or other relationship-based care experience.
• Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine is welcomed.
• Additional fellowship training or subspecialty interest or experience is welcomed but not required.
• Professional demeanor, focus on quality and patient-centered care, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, or other relationship-based care models.
• Subspecialty interests or fellowship training.
