Prime Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Avondale, one of Chicago's vibrant Northwest Side communities.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
