Volt is immediately hiring for a Pricing and Quoting Specialist for a leading manufacturing company in Littleton, CO. The role blends customer interaction, pricing strategy, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment to drive profitability and competitive positioning. What You'll Do

Lead pricing strategy, quoting, and deal structuring to optimize margins.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to align pricing initiatives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and margin data to inform pricing decisions.

Serve as a key contact for both customers and internal stakeholders throughout the quoting process.

Help drive profitable growth and competitive positioning for the organization.

Collaborate within a highly collaborative team in the commercial roofing industry.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in pricing, account management, or sales support.

Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing/margin analysis.

Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Excel; experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP a plus).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Nice to Have

Pay Rate: $35/hour.
