About the Role Based in the London office, the Pricing Analyst will contribute to billing rate administration and special fee arrangements, and perform financial analytics on legal matters. The role focuses on delivering high-quality pricing support to attorneys and clients and developing expertise across pricing-related matters. This role reports to the Pricing Manager and requires flexible, collaborative work with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Involvement in the Firm’s billing rate administration for all offices.
- Maintaining the Firm’s rates and fee arrangements database.
- Collaborating with the Firm’s billing department to execute negotiated fee arrangements.
- Monitoring internal approvals for compliance with Firm policies.
- Performing ad hoc analyses using the firm’s various data stores and tools.
- Engaging in legal pricing related competitor and market studies.
- Completing special projects on various issues as needed. What We're Looking For

- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, pivots, data manipulation) and the ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferred fields include accounting, finance, economics, business, or mathematics.
