About the Role Join ZF as a FutureStarter and become part of shaping the future of mobility. As Prevádzkový zámočník I (mechatronik), you will repair and maintain the mechanical state of assigned machines, minimize production downtime, maintain and repair engineering networks (water, air, gases, cooling), operate cooling tower technology to support efficient operation, diagnose root causes and collaborate with electricians or technicians to propose solutions. You will perform authorized interventions, record activities in the maintenance information system, and contribute ideas for effective preventive maintenance of the assigned technology park. What You'll Do
- Repair and maintain the mechanical integrity of assigned machines.
- Interventions to minimize production downtime and efficient use of maintenance resources.
- Maintain and repair engineering networks (water, air, gases, cooling) to ensure uninterrupted media supply.
- Operate cooling tower technology (keeping prescribed parameters) to support efficient operation.
- Diagnose problem sources, communicate with electrical maintenance or technicians, and propose solutions.
- Perform interventions under authorization, log them in the maintenance information system, and contribute ideas for efficient, systematic maintenance of the assigned technology park. What We're Looking For
- Vocational education with maturita (mechanic mechatronik) or SPŠ with a focus on engineering or mechatronics
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Certificate of professional competence for electrical engineering in operation or for running activities under applicable law
- Category B driving license Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary from €1,703.75
- Additional benefits under the Collective Agreement: shift allowances, 13th and 14th salaries, loyalty/commuter allowances up to 6%, employer contributions
- Base component of monthly salary from €1,247.70 (as per applicable law)
